Updating

1. Get the latest version of extension from Customer Purchases area.

2. Make sure you have your website files and database backed up.

3. Follow the installation instructions from the beginning. Once installing a new version, it will overwrite the existing one.

Note: if you have replaced file comprofiler.html.php earlier, you need to replace it again with the one from the latest version.

Joomla! 1.5 notice: if you are updating from version 2.x.x to version 3.x.x, you need to backup your existing profile types and uninstall the existing version. After that you can install the new version. Version 3.x.x does not support Magic Window syntax from previous versions, so profile types need to be reworked.
