How can i make a profesional registration form and profile

Have you put any content on the registration form in CB Profile Pro or is it empty? "No profile code specified" error means that there is no data submitted in backend for registration page to display.

Just I add some items from magicwindow such as: user name, email, password, ...

however I didnot have any registration form by profilePRo.
