Support and Refunds

Support

We provide support for customers, who purchased our extensions, at no additional cost.
Support involves help in installation, configuring, using of our extensions, fixing all bugs and errors and solving all possible problems with our extensions.
Support is provided within support forum and via e-mail communication and is offered in english language.

Refunds

We provide refunds in case a product purchase was an error and the product wasn't downloaded and in case a purchase was duplicate.
Finding a bug in our extension is not a reason for a refund. If you do find a bug, please report it using any available means of communication, and we'll fix it.
